‣ Our BMC products have a strong competitive advantage, particularly because data centers and servers have high requirements for product reliability and stability. ASPEED can provide high integration of BMC hardware and firmware, so our customers are unlikely to switch to competitors. We expect to maintain the same level of BMC market share in 2024.
‣ Over the past 20 years, server performance has significantly improved with each new platform generation. However, the demand for computational power from data centers and cloud service providers has also grown. We observe that as the cost of computational power decreases, demand and shipments tend to increase.
‣ In Smart AV, ASPEED has two major product lines: AVoIP and Cupola360. ASPEED is the market leader in the 1G AVoIP market, holding about 60% market share, and its revenue has consistently shown double-digit growth. We will continue to expand into new markets this year to maintain high growth. Cupola360 has been rapidly deployed in Smart Factories and Smart Cities since 2023, with features including Smart Patrolling and Remote Immersive Management. If the Cupola360 camera module successfully and quickly expands its sales, we expect to see significant revenue growth in 2024.
‣ The main reason is the change in architecture. The management of AI servers is becoming more complex, and the workload for data transmission is higher. In addition to supporting GPUs, other critical components in AI servers also need to be equipped with BMC.
‣ We continue to increase our investment in R&D resources and expect to increase our spending this year as well.
